At RadioTaxi, we have our own radio communication infrastructure and rely on the GPRS network for data transmission. Thanks to our new VoIP call processor, as soon as we receive a call from a customer, our operators can see the customer’s particulars on their screen (name, address, etc.).

In a few seconds, the taxi nearest the customer’s address is located by our computer, and the order is instantly transmitted through GPRS to the driver terminal. Each order will be stored in our central computer with the information that is required in order to be able to identify at any time the car and the driver who carries out the service. This due to any queries that passengers may have, so we can efficiently handle them at a later date (e.g. lost property).
