Memphis bar proposes:

Mojito has been drunk in “hot climates” for decades. Originally from Mint Julep, which shares almost all ingredients except rum (Mint Julep has bourbon), mojito was born in the era of banning as most cocktails. Although the original purpose was to “camouflage” alcohol, the end result was beyond any expectation.

Materials

2 scoops of white rum

1 lime cut into six pieces

1/2 teaspoon of sugar syrup

Mint leaves (8-12)

Crushed ice

Implementation

Stir the mint with sugar syrup and 4 of six pieces of lime in a tall glass. Fill the glass with the ice, add the rum and stir. Fill the rest with soda and decorate with the remaining lime pieces.
