Greek Tuna Salad

 

Famous Messinian chef Christos Zervas proposes:

Materials

2 canned tuna in oil
1/2 cup. Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup. cucumber
1/4 cup. Olives
2 tbsp fresh oregano
2 tbsp fresh basil
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt Pepper
Implementation

 

Cut the cherry tomatoes in the middle and the cucumbers in a half moon.
Remove the olives from the olives cut into four.
Remove the leaves from the branches of oregano and basil and cut into small strips.
Remove the oil from the tuna’s cans.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to cover all the vegetables.
