MATERIALS

4 pork chops
Freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 kg zucchini slices
1/2 kg summer sliced ​​pumpkins
salt
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 cup. tomato sauce
1/4 cuo. coriander
Implementation

1 Dry the steaks thoroughly with paper, soak them on all sides and boil a spoonful of oil in a large pan.
2 Put the steaks on a high heat for three minutes on each side and transfer them to a dish to stand.
3 Pour the remaining oil into the pan and add the zucchini with salt to sauté for two minutes.
4 Add the garlic fused and cook for another two minutes.
5 Pour the balsamic into the pan and mix the ingredients well.
6 Add the tomato sauce and salt pepper to the food and let it boil.
7 As soon as boiling begins, return the steaks to the pan, covering them partially with the sauce and cook with the lid for about seven minutes.
Pour the chopped coriander and serve it.
